  Julia is truly one of a kind. She goes above and beyond in ways you rarely see anymore. She remembers every patient and the little details that matter, regularly calling to check on my parents and always asking about my son. Today, she spent over an hour speaking with the doctor on my behalf just to make sure an issue was fully resolved. Her kindness, patience, and dedication mean more than I can express. Julia is a true asset to this company and the reason I continue to use this pharmacy. She doesn’t just do her job, she genuinely cares, and that makes all the difference.

  The prescription is usually in stock and filled pretty quickly at a reasonable price. All the pharmacist are very knowledgeable , helpful & do a fantastic job

  Short version: Needlessly difficult & dishonest people who don't take responsibility. Almost every time, I get a text saying that they're out of stock & that they would text again when it is back in stock. Then, almost every time, they don't do that & I have to go in and ask. I sometimes wait 2 days or 20 when I forget. They then have it. LITERALLY EVERY TIME I ask the answer is "It just came in". Every. Single. Time. The last few times I've asked to speak to the manager (Julia) & she wasn't in. Today she happend to be there. Her answer was also that it just came in today (17+ days late). Her advice was that I can follow up more often. I tried to explain that I (the person with a clinical condition who is deprived of the very medication that would help me remember) have a hard time following up. And she (the pharmacist) should also remember. I would have had better luck talking to a wall. She just kept repeating herself & talking over my voice until I left. There were no other clients since she was not otherwise busy. She just didn't feel like it. The total lack of decency is just so frustrating.
