- ELEmma LaboulyMay 13, 20253.0Mixed feelings about SoulCycle, the experience really depends on the instructor. I had my first class ever with Casey, he was AMAZING! Super positive energy, motivating, great playlist, and respected the typical SoulCycle class structure. However, I had my second class with Parker, and I didn't enjoy it at all. He walked in and barely said hi, didn't introduce himself, his choice of music was too personal in my opinion (I prefer more uplifting and popular songs), he was not motivating at all, barely engaged with us riders, and - worst of all - ENDED CLASS EARLY! Class started at 9:30 and ended at 10:08 :( The workout in itself was fine but if I pay for a class, it's for the instructor, otherwise I would ride the bike at the gym on my own. Disappointed..
