This is not a high end boutique establishment as we al thought. My first time and definitely my last time. I will not be recommending this place of business. I wish I could give no stars. Disappointed, humiliated and will never come back.

I was excited to be starting this new journey to a healthy lifestyle and SoulCycle would have been a new experience for me. It is very sad that this business is in our community yet we felt like we were second class citizens. Is this normal business etiquette? I will never return and will advise my friends not to either. First impression is a lasting one. There is nothing you can do to erase how you made me feel. Its a NO for me.
