    Had such a great experience at this barre class! Melaina at the front desk was super welcoming and made me feel right at home. Sara, the instructor, was amazing—she made it beginner-friendly without sacrificing intensity, Perfect balance of approachable and challenging

    I decided to take this class with 3 of my guy friends and my sister so we could try something new. This was such a great experience from the beginning till the end. When we walked in, we were greeted by the manager Melaina with a smile and great energy. She informed us on how the class was going to go and some expectations. She made us feel comfortable immediately. We were then greeted by our instructor Sara who also made us feel welcomed and introduced herself to each one of us individually. She had the room set up and made sure we were taken care of. Her energy was great, instruction was clear, music was perfect and it was a perfect amount of modeling what to do and going around to help correct anyone who needed some help. This was a unique but great workout. My friends and I walked out of there laughing from having fun and in some pain haha. We will be coming back for more and trying the other formats.

    I had a great experience! Melaina, the front desk manager, was fantastic, welcoming and professional. Sara, the class teacher, was also excellent, knowledgeable, engaging, and supportive throughout. Can't wait to do it again. Thank you both for making it such a positive experience!
