  I tried to cancel my Planet Fitness membership, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. When I called the gym, I simply asked if there was any other way to cancel since I couldn’t come in person. Instead of helping me or explaining the policy clearly, the staff member chose to hang up the phone on purpose. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. No customer should be treated this way, especially when they are just trying to follow the proper process. If this is how they handle simple questions, I can only imagine how they treat members in person. Very poor customer service, and I do not recommend this location at all.

  No Ventilation! Stinks Heavy of Breath due to Overcrowded, people can't breath properly. Front entrance doors closed, they must keep OPEN both the front entrance doors so fresh AIR can get in!!!

  Machines are always broken, it's always crowded and not enough of each machine available. I joined when this gym first opened at the $10.00 a month membership. They canceled my membership without my knowledge so they could charge me the higher priced membership. I spoke to management but they were no help.

  Guys, you did an amazing job upgrading the gym! There are more machines now, more space, and the whole atmosphere feels so much better. It’s easier to breathe, everything looks and feels refreshed. You fixed all the broken equipment, replaced the grips, updated the cardio screens — 🔥 The new machines are awesome, exactly what was missing! And a huge thanks for the new barbell area 😍 The only “downside” that comes from all this — the gym is now so good that there will definitely be more people 😄 So maybe it’s time to raise the price to $80 to keep the balance! As for suggestions — just keep an eye on the equipment. Previously, torn rubber grips would stay that way for months, and some machines took a long time to get repaired. And please, turn up the ventilation when the gym is crowded — sometimes it’s really hard to breathe. Overall, fantastic job with the upgrade! 💪👏

  Ok so i just can't believe that the cardio upgrade we all waited for that long ( 5+ years ) is a disaster. look up all the reviews most bad reviews are about bad treadmills. How can you just replaced at least 15 treadmills with useless stairmasters ? I know the answer : Onwer is cheap and smart at the same time knows that treadmills are high in demand and need more maintenance as compared to stair masters so simply less treadmills less money spent on maintenance. You still have ONE STAR from me even after the cardio upgrade.
