- OLOr LotanJun 27, 20251.0Avoid at all costs — this place is a complete scam. I went to Pearl Vision on Ralph Ave with UFT insurance to replace the lenses in my glasses. What I got back was a completely unusable pair — intense halos, blurred vision, and impossible to wear. I brought them back immediately, explaining the lenses were clearly defective. Instead of standing by their work or even showing concern, the manager shrugged it off and said I’d have to pay another $150 out of pocket to fix them — even though they already billed my insurance over $250. They didn’t care at all. No accountability. No customer service. Just a cash grab. This place is run by people who are either totally uninformed or intentionally misleading. It’s not just bad pricing — it’s shady business. Don’t waste your time or money here.
