  Rimma the recptionist is extremely rude. She spent nearly 10 minutes chatting with the person ahead of me, but was abrupt and immediately dismissive with me thereafter when I needed to make a follow up appointment, which is especially unhelpful in a cardiologist office! I've been to many other NYU Langone locations throughout the city and the bedside manner is severely lacking at this one.

  A receptionist Rimma, a receptionist of Dr. Nina Kushner, MD hangs up on patients, another receptionist who didn't state her name picked up and argues and interrupted a patient arguing that a patient switched PCPs when the patient actually said that it was only a 1 time visit as Dr. Kushner is always overbooked. The patient clearly said that she doesn't want to be Inna Geller's patient - staff never changed this in the patients' chart. The patient has unusually high blood pressure and nausea, but they decided to offer to put a patient on the waiting list instead and offering to wait for an appointment next month which is clearly unacceptable.
