I wouldn't trust a doctor that doesn't tip for their food. Shameful.

Good doctors. Terrible practice. They have repeatedly left me hanging on prescription refills. Messages to the doctor through the app are intercepted by staffers whose responses make no sense. I'm thinking its not worth the trouble

Moved over here from a previous PCP, the quality of care has been noticeably high - anecdotally the value add was the sheer integrative nature of the practice: my specialists talking to each other, which is a refreshing take from my previous siloed experience. There is a short wait time but the upside is I can count on my docs being comprehensive… so I’m not bothered by it.
Frequently Asked Questions About NYU Langone Brooklyn Medical Arts Pavilion
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule a visit online using NYU Langone’s Find a Doctor & Schedule tools, via the NYU Langone Health MyChart portal or mobile app, or by calling the Brooklyn Medical Arts Pavilion at 718-630-8600. For help finding a doctor you may also call NYU Langone’s physician referral service at 646-929-7800.
Can I have a video (telehealth) visit instead of coming in?
Yes. Many NYU Langone doctors offer video visits. You can schedule a video visit online, in MyChart, or by calling your doctor’s office. Video visits are available for adults and children (subject to provider/visit type) and require that the provider be licensed in the state where you are located during the visit. Use the NYU Langone Health app or MyChart to join the visit.
What services are offered at NYU Langone Brooklyn Medical Arts Pavilion?
The location offers primary care and many specialty services including cardiology, neurology (including movement disorders and MS care), surgical specialties, and on-site laboratory services. Imaging services are available at the nearby NYU Langone Radiology—Fort Hamilton location.
Do you offer same-day or urgent care by video?
Yes. NYU Langone’s Virtual Urgent Care provides same-day video visits for many non-emergency issues; services are available seven days a week and accept patients by age limits shown on the Virtual Urgent Care page (see that page for current age/hours/coverage).
How do I access my medical records, schedule, or join a video visit?
Create or sign in to your NYU Langone Health MyChart account (web or the NYU Langone Health app). From MyChart you can schedule or change appointments, join video visits, view test results, and access visit notes and records.
Will my insurance cover telehealth visits and what will I owe?
Many insurers cover telemedicine visits but coverage varies. It is your responsibility to verify your benefits; NYU Langone accepts many major plans and your doctor’s office can help confirm coverage and collect any patient responsibility (co-pay/out-of-pocket) at check-in or the time of service.
What should I expect at my in-office visit (check-in, payment, safety)?
Follow the check-in instructions your office provides. Payment practices (co-pays, payment plans) are outlined on NYU Langone’s patient information pages; NYU Langone uses MyChart for scheduling and communications. NYU Langone states that precautions are in place to keep facilities safe—follow any arrival, screening, or masking instructions your clinic communicates.
