The place is well organized and appointments are always on time. Been going for many months and I'm happy with the result.

looking for an entirely new location/primary MD for 2026. I've been waiting for over a month to simply get a script written by a physician to order xrays at NYU Radiology. I have lost 3 appointments because the office says the order is in the system and when i get to radiology they don't have anything. Why should i, as the patient, have to know what is needed for such a routine order to go through? They don't know what they are doing, so avoid the requests instead. I can't even get the name of someone the staff reports to to file a complaint. this place is a stain for NYU and a total let down for me.

(As a veteran I have experienced poor quality of care at the VA) SO I started using Community Care to use non-VA facility's and this NYU location was really great! I came in for chest pains, and I was checked in, put in a wheel-chair taken to the back within 10 mins. and they nurses and ancillary staff were really fast and professional. there were some rowdy folks in the ER but they apologized for that (they cant help who comes to the ER so it didnt bother me) the doctor finally came after 35 mins and talked to me, the labs came he went over it and told me to follow up with my PCP. the nurse helped me figure out the mychart so i can viw my results after my visit. I have been using NYU Langone and CityMD for all my care until I got private insurance. They are good option for veterans wanting better care, use community care and go on the va.gov website search it in the search bubble.

Inconsiderate and disorganized staff. I had an appointment scheduled for over 2 months to see Dr. Valary Raup, and when I arrived, they told me that they didn’t take my insurance, even though they knew the type I had previously. They failed to let me know that some fine print somewhere on my card would disqualify me from seeing the doctor. I wasted my time and energy, left work in the middle of the day, and now have to find a new doctor. Don’t bother going here.
