  I had a good experience here; was in and out in about 5 minutes. The phlebotomist was gentle, no complaints.

  Friend of mine was in the office today and experienced very rude receptionist and lab technician. Why you are not controlling your employer to treat patients with grace and better behavior. This is shame and not accessible. Shame shame

  I decided to try Northwell Health Labs because the Greenpoint Quest had such bad reviews. Seems like staffing must have changed here though based on my experience and the recent reviews. This was 10/20 at 9am. The receptionist and phlebotomist are one in the same. She was extremely dismissive, annoyed, and unwelcoming. In addition, my labs were supposed to be STAT yet never arrived at my doctor. I only received them because I put in the work to track them down on a portal I was never told about. Even after speaking to someone at the Northwell 800 number, the results never made it to my doctor. Terrible attitude and terrible system
