  Terrible office. Had to chase extensively for time sensitive test results and treatment. No one in the office took personal responsibility for the issue, and they prescribed me the wrong medication. When I highlighted the mistake, they told me that no one would be able to help me until Monday (even though Northwell certainly had other doctors on staff and on shift that could help). Staff is rude and unhelpful. Dr. Kagan himself was always kind, but neglected to contact me for treatment due to my test results. I will be seeking another doctor. Do not recommend.

  There are a lot of reviews at this address for different doctors, but I wanted to call out Dr. Michael Kagan and the whole team at this office! I’ve been with them for over a year now, and have only had great experiences: the front desk is friendly and proficient, appointments have been on time, prescription refills are fast and efficient, and Dr. Kagan is a great doctor who explains things well. The app is even helpful for health results and communicating with the office! I moved away from the area and still plan to stick with them. Highly recommend!
