  Clean office and Dr Goodall was very friendly and professional, but the rest of the experience was awful. I was told to get a CT and an appointment was scheduled for me. Insurance denied the claim and when I reached out to this office I never received a helpful response. I tried 5 times to schedule a follow up appointment and was repeatedly told the office was clearing things with my insurance and that they would reach out to me to schedule an appointment and CT. They never did and would not return messages or calls. I was able to speak with someone helpful about once and even then never received a follow up. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable, I would warn anyone to stay away from this office as the administration clearly doesn't care about patients even the slightest. I would report this office if I was able. Very unfortunate because Dr Goodall seemed like she was going to be able to help me and I would've liked to be a returning patient.

  They will make you use this stupid iPads to sign in and ask you to scan your palm for fast check in. They will display ads during the sign in process. They will make you sign 10 different forms. And they will bill you before you even see a doctor. If you’re ok with all of this then this is the place for you. Doesn’t help that the receptionist has the least amount t of energy I’ve seen in a human.

  I tried to get my IUD here and was told the turn around would be 7-10 days from the initial consultation. I ended up waiting TWO MONTHS with no word from from the doctor. I called multiple times with little to no help. The final time I called, I was told my doctor was now on maternity leave and the woman on the phone laughed when I shared my situation. I have PMDD and my IUD is expired, I need it changed. They were so rude and incompetent. Do you not go here if you need ONGYN care.

  I have been A patientof Dr. Suryanarayan,Anand for 39 years,and I could not be more grateful that our paths crossed. He is trulty an exceptional gastrenterologist -compassionatw,patient,and alway willing to listen. His professionalism and medical skills have given me confidence and comfort throughout the years. What stands out most is his genuine care for his patient.He never rushes,always takes takes the timeto explains,and makes you feel valued and heard. Finding a doctor who combines such expertise with kindnessis rare,and i feel blessed to have hadhim as my doctor for so long. I highly recommend Dr.suryanarayan,Anand tp anyone seeking outstanding medica care.
