- BGBrenda Graham4 days ago5.0I haven't had an eye exam in 2 years. Decided to make it a priority and located an optometry under my insurance plan. I reserved an appointment at Lens Crafters in Kings Plaza. When I walked into the establishment, I was warmly greeted by an employee who directed me where to sit and provided the initial form to me to complete for my visit. Upon the completion of the form, another friendly employee escorted me into a room for the 1st eye exam. Afterwards, Dr. Levi Lavianliv, very professional and friendly, escorted me into another room. Dr. Lavianliv asked me a series of questions regarding my visit. After the Q&A was completed, the series of eye tests were done. Dr. Lavianliv was very thorough in his questions and explanations during the exam. Also, he was very patient if you didn't understand or hear the question presented to you. I told Dr. Lavianliv in the previous years which I had eye exams, I've never had a thorough exam of this magnitude. I definitely would recommend this facility if you want an excellent experience for your exe examination. A well pleased patient! Brenda
