Rachel S was such a great instructor. Her music taste was impeccable and I will be going back soon.

I joined two classes. In both occasions the instructors didn’t really pay attention to the class. They didn’t correct postures, help or be attentive. It felt more like a pre recorded class. The sequences were also not the best, but pretty simple. The second instructor was clearly on a bad mood, and transferred that energy to the class. The music was also broken. Other than that, the faculties are great

visiting from out of town, Riley's class is amazing. Highly centered on mindfulness while also finding your edge AND very gentle with the posture assists even in a class that has a wide spectrum of skill levels. Will be back tomorrow :)

i love corepower but this studio CRANKS the heat to a point it’s making me rethink my membership. Other locations hover around 85-90 so still very warm but here it’s not uncommon to see 100+!! It’s honestly awful- that heat is really not beneficial for anyone. Extra sweat gives the false illusion of a better work out when in reality the work out is in no way better. In fact, you’re less able to push yourself and exert your muscles when fatiguing from such excess heat. Making the heat so extreme and hard on the body makes it hard to have this be a regular go to.

Generally Speaking I love yoga as a practice. Core power was offering your 7 bday unlimited free trial which excited me because they have a teacher training program that I have wanted to vet the possibility of taking. However, every class I took I felt completely unwelcomed in and in a way even bullied by the instructors. I assume that is because I am not a beginner but prefer to be in beginner friendly spaces so I don't have to struggle through my practice. Either way it was not exactly what I was looking for as an energetic match although the classes were a physical match. "well that's a start."
