Not sure what’s going on at this studio, but every time I go it’s a complete mess. The lost two times I’ve been, the persons who’s supposed to teach the class either decides they don’t want to (the manager) or cancels last minute and then they make someone else sub the class. Causing the class to start very late and the teaching be all over the place. The staff is nice and this is more of an issue with Corepower the company and corporate as they don’t care about their employees (who should strike) nor their students. The facilities are always dirty, roaches, one shower if even that for 20+ people to share, shitty foam blocks that are bad quality, no separate or private changing rooms. The music is so loud from the other studio as they share a wall that when you’re in a calm class it’s so distracting. The amount of money this company has, they have a ton of locations and yet they cannot invest in their employees who are majorly underpaid nor can they invest in their facilities its overall a disgrace. Just truly the worst! Stop wasting your money here and rather go to a nicer studio that’s cheaper with better instructors and classes (Fyra yoga & Sui yoga)

I joined two classes. In both occasions the instructors didn’t really pay attention to the class. They didn’t correct postures, help or be attentive. It felt more like a pre recorded class. The sequences were also not the best, but pretty simple. The second instructor was clearly on a bad mood, and transferred that energy to the class. The music was also broken. Other than that, the faculties are great

visiting from out of town, Riley's class is amazing. Highly centered on mindfulness while also finding your edge AND very gentle with the posture assists even in a class that has a wide spectrum of skill levels. Will be back tomorrow :)
