  I have been a member of this studio for a couple of years now, and I am extremely disappointed in the direction it has gone. Over time, the quality of the studio has noticeably declined, and it’s very frustrating as a long-time member to see these changes happen. The cleanliness of the studio has become a major issue. The space is often dirty, the bathrooms are frequently not properly stocked, and there are often no towels available for members to clean the reformers after use. For a fitness studio that charges premium prices, basic cleanliness and organization should be the bare minimum. The overall environment has also changed. Staff are no longer welcoming, and the experience feels far less professional than it used to. The manager mari has shown no respect or compassion as a long time member. Recently, I arrived 6 minutes late to a class and was not allowed to enter. While I understand policies exist, the strict enforcement felt unreasonable considering that just this past Sunday an instructor did not show up to teach her own class. The inconsistency in how things are handled is extremely frustrating as a paying member. Even though I currently pay a grandfathered membership rate, I would honestly rather spend more money elsewhere in Sheepshead Bay to receive better service, better organization, and a cleaner environment.Overall, I’m very disappointed in the quality and service this studio is currently providing, especially compared to the experience it once offered.

  The instructors and front desk people are all cool, but specifically Mariam at the front desk is the best. She's so kind, informative, patient, polite, and just so sweet. She's always been super helpful with anything I've ever approached her with and will do her absolute best to make sure she's helped you to the best of her abilities. I've never encountered customer service like this before. 😭 Thank you so much Mariam. The place is clean and the instructors are really good at what they do. The only downside is that it's pretty tough to enroll in classes since they get booked pretty quickly, which is a testament to the popularity and success of this club. Leaving 10 out of 5 stars for Mariam. Leaving 5 out 5 stars for instructors and classes. Leaving 4 out of 5 starts for the availability of classes.
