I arrived on time for my appointment and waited 2 hours to even be taken back to a room. When asked for ETA's I kept being told I was next when there were actually multiple people ahead of me still. Waiting room is overcrowded and chaotic. There are multiple offices that all use the same check-in desk so its very hard to know who to talk to, give forms to ect. Office staff were impatient and gruff. Got yelled at for plugging my laptop in the waiting area and standing at the counter with a question?! I gave up after 2 hours and left. The office is a zoo and I do not trust the medical care of a place so disorganized with staff who obviously do not care about their jobs. I would rather sit at the DMV all day than 10 minutes in this space. Office manager should be fired ASAP. Took the day off work and lost my copay. AVOID at all cost.
