The guy at the front desk is disgusting and completely unprofessional—rolling his eyes at basic requests like emailing a prescription, then sending it labeled “FU.pdf.” He should be FIRED!! Dr. Gabrielle Thompson-Sales was no better—lazy and confused during my first contact lens fitting, switching between multiple lens powers and ultimately giving me a prescription without confidence. The pair of lenses I was trialing tore and they were extremely unhelpful in fitting me with a new pair/brand/prescription. Had to return four times to fix their mistakes. The only bright spot was the polite woman at the front desk. Everything else was unacceptable.

However, the receptionist refused to check my insurance coverage and instead told me that the glasses were not covered. The receptionist was also unfriendly, which made the experience frustrating.
