  The tech had to do a lot beyond the norm. It was a matter of an outside vendor collecting bloods, and their instructions were impossible. She was so patient, and got it done. I couldn't recommend her any higher.

  Absolutely no respect for people’s time.. the staff is nice - but they were understaffed on a weekday w appointments running about 1hr late. Perfect example of corporations treating people (staff & patients) like absolute garbage.. we all lose time, money, mental health, etc… and the owners keep on raking in our healthcare dollars…

  Totally unprofessional experience. Was seen 30+ mins past appointment time. Cut me off when I was speaking/trying to ask a question, gave me attitude, rolled her eyes at me and muttered under her breath when my back was turned. Will not be back.

  I would give this place zero stars if it could. I’ve used Quest at other locations many times and this location is terrible. They’re consistently understaffed, utterly unhelpful to the point of rudeness, and the doorbell doesn’t even work- you have to ring some other business in the building to get in. Go elsewhere. That’s what they generally tell you anyway so don’t waste your time.

  My experience at this Riverdale, NY Quest Diagnostics location was extremely disappointing. Even though I had a scheduled appointment, I was told it didn’t matter and that I wouldn’t be seen. The staff was unprofessional, rude, and completely unhelpful. The worker I interacted with seemed lazy and uninterested in doing their job, and I felt brushed off from the moment I walked in. There was no effort to provide clear guidance or basic courtesy. This visit was frustrating enough that I walked out and it needed to be said. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
