  Fast but they I arrived at 12:20 and the dark skinned lady asked me to come back at one, I had to wait until 1pm with my empty stomach

  Cleanliness of clinic was above average, and specialist was knowledgeable in lab test.

  I went there at 8am, thinking I can be done early. However, the location was closed, while myself and other patients were waiting outside. No sign, the hours of operation sign was removed, and no explanation. A waste of peoples time. Unacceptable. Had to leave due to my schedule. They need to do better.
