Friends & Family Home Care is a licensed home care agency and CDPAP provider to thousands of patients and caregivers across New York State and the metropolitan area. CDPAP, or Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program, is a Medicaid and/or Medicare program that allows patients to choose their own caregivers including family or friends. CDPAP provides patients with more control over their care, and allows them to receive quality care in the comfort of their own homes. As a CDPAP provider, Friends & Family Home Care is committed to providing quality care to all of our patients. We are proud to be able to offer this program to patients and caregivers, and we will continue to provide quality care and CDPAP services to all of our patients.
