I’ve tried to transfer to another branch, but they keep giving me the excuse that “the system is down.” Even when I went to the club in person, they used the same excuse. I called for the manager, but they’re either never in the store or always “too busy.” I even sent emails that were never answered. Do yourself a favor and avoid this club unless you want to be stuck here indefinitely.
