    Never had an issue going to this planet fitness! One of the best in the bronx i’ve tried the one in hunts point and Buhre avenue but this one has to be the best. Employees are always kind to me and address any needs immediately. The cardio machines here are always functioning which is rare at Buhre avenue. The crowd at this gym is also perfect not too many people but not too little. Employees create a safe space for everyone and always say hello and to have a good day. No matter who i come into someone is always saying hello and with a smile!

    As today's date i went to this gym because I wanted to try and it's close to my job . I had the worst customer service of this employee that didn't want to five me her name because she knew I was going te o make a complaint. To the manager that gave me his name with im going to reserve thank you for listening and you addressed that I was correct because he was there at the moment all tgis nonsense happened. Please encourage this young kids to be respectful, kind and have more patience with new and assisting clients. Im not going back again because of this matter i feel very disrespected. FYI The complaint was addressed when the manager was there ,he comprehend it the situation but seems y hat he didn't care much about me saying im not going back. Im not interested in going back this will continue as of now.

    General Manager Kevin addressed me as "he, they, or whatever" in my member photo taken at my sign up because he felt my picture didn't match my present self. I am a woman. I have always been a woman. He then demanded I update the photo or he will cancel my membership. I later asked to see the new photo, which only shows the upper half of my face. If identity was the problem, how is this new photo a solution? Given the nature of his position, I would assume he is familiar with all the facial and bodily changes people go through during their fitness journeys. This was super rude and offensive. I would have updated the photo or provided other verification without the excessive interaction. He needs some sort of training.

    I had a very disappointing experience with the gym manager. I went to the gym with my family member and friends, and my brother was simply showing me how some of the machines worked. Out of nowhere, the manager came over and started shouting and yelling at us, saying my brother wasn’t allowed to teach me. He was extremely rude and even started threatening to cancel our membership cards. I found his behavior completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

    I’m so sorry to say the manger was so angry and agressive . We was doing our gym suddenly he came to us so agressively and started to say we have to a stopped what we are doing .it’swas just a group gym’s.he felt we are training others.this why he was come to us like this .we conformed him we r family people and we are not training anyone just we helping them because they are new to gym.but still he don’t want to lessen he just wants to abuse his power because his the manager.he call us out side for fighting.we are at this gym been couple years but we naver had problems just to day .its very unsafe to go this gym because how he was call us outside for fighting front of other members.i am sorry planet fitness I think you can do something better than this .
