I love the atmosphere in Pisacano Eye! The front desk staff, Olga the receptionist was extremely warm and helpful. Sitting in the waiting area, Olga periodically checked in on the patients sitting there to make sure everyone was called at least once. John was respectful and has a very friendly bubbly personality, he’s great and knowledgeable at explaining things and making myself and the patients that I’ve witnessed him deal with comfortable. Ebony the Surgical Coordinator was also amazing. All my questions were addressed. I had a great experience from the front desk to the exit.

Hello,
I would like to make a complaint about the receptionist at the front desk( man ) . He was very rude to me today. He arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment Every appointment should have a 15-minute grace period, but when I tried to explain, he didn’t even listen and took the next patient instead.
He didn’t give me any time to talk, and this is not the first time he has behaved like this. I have been a long-time client of this chamber, and I know he always speaks to clients in a disrespectful way. If this continues, you will lose patient . I personally will not come back because of his behavior. I strongly suggest you replace him.

I want to make a complaint about the receptionist who was working today ( man ). His attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional, even though I spoke to him politely. You can review the camera footage to see how he treated me and other clients.
I was only 10 minutes late because the parking lot was full, but he still cancelled my appointment and marked me as a “no show” without any understanding. I took time off work to be there, and his behavior was completely unacceptable.
Please address this issue. Clients deserve respectful communication and professional service.

I don't know how this place stays in business. The staff give off a very unprofessional atmosphere. They are too playful with each other and it feels like they're hanging out instead of working. It feels like the staff is learning as they go and give me no confidence in their abilities. Due to errors It took 3 different associates to take my initial reading. My eyes were dilated for the first time and I did not get a warning about being in direct sunlight or not driving. They sent my prescription to wrong pharmacy even after personally confirming they had the right pharmacy. When I called to follow up I was put on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called back again to get attitude from lady who refused to identify herself. Finally I got through to manager who got my script to the right pharmacy.

Staff still unprofessional and more playful than before. Techs were tossing patients charts across the room leading to papers falling all over the floor. After follow up visit they sent my script to wrong place AGAIN. I had to call again to correct issue. My insurance needed to speak to office to approve my script but according to them Piscano did not answer phone which doesn't surprise me. That was the last straw. At this point I'm going some where else. If you can avoid this place until they shape up their act up.

I know you always hear I never leave a review but now I know what that means. I mean from the time I called Pisacano Eye office the gentleman name Jacob service was outstanding. I went back for a follow up from the gentleman downstairs from the medical assistants Magali and Lisa to the supervisor and all of them the doctors to the young lady scheduling follow up appointments I mean I can go on and on. They are very professional they are a team you feel comfortable. They are organized. I can go on and on. The reason why Iam leaving this review is to show my appreciation because now a days you go to any business and they are really unprofessional. Not Pisacano Eye they really make it about patient care is all about the patient. Big shout out to Pisacano Eye but especially a big shout out to the one responsible for all the greatness in the office is MsLombardi director of operations.Again thank you and God bless all of you.Bravo
