  I recently visited the AFC Urgent Care in East Bronx and I was genuinely impressed by the quality of care. Sarah and Christie, the staff who assisted me, were not only super attentive but also really made me feel at ease. And the doctor who took care of me was just excellent—very thorough and really professional. It definitely made the whole experience a lot smoother. -York Castro

  Waste of time. The website list’s what they do. I called twice to confirm my insurance and if I can get said things done as a walk in and was told yes, yes for all except a PCM. I drove all the way over there, paid for parking to be told at the check in window nothing I asked for is covered, no actual doctor’s, only NP, no male nurse today maybe tomorrow. Waste of time, never going back.

  The staff was very courteous and helpful? Wait was 5 minutes on a Saturday. Dr was knowledgeable .

  They really care &see you as soon you come in sometime you wait minimum 5min which not bad great place & close to my house.

  A Rare Gem in the Bronx! Do not be deceived by the external view or location (bus stop) of this urgent care, it is incredible. All you need is to step into this UC and you will duff your cap! I visited this UC because of pain in my throat, dizziness and nausea feeling. I googled UC near me and this came up. For personal reasons I always preferred places a bit away from the Bronx but my last experience at one UC in Pelham Manor left me in doubt. The review for this particular AFC location was very good and they also opened at 8am, so i went and was not disappointed. My perception of "can anything good come of of Israel" was knocked out! The office ambiance - modern and very clean, the staff - very professional, and the service received was impeccable 👌. Appropriate tests done and quick test results. Service was quick, and i finished my buiness in no time. Medications was sent to the pharmacy immediately which i picked up minutes after leaving this UC. I will definitely return if i need sevice again and keep referring my folks. Service is on time and on point. Keep it up!
