Could use some updated equipment, and gets a little packed. The biggest highlight of this place is the staff. Especially Rick, always great for a quick chat and quick to help

Gym is decent in terms of machines. Only downside are the narcissists, egotists, insecure, body-worshippers who set off lunk alarms in your mind- you know, those guys who want others to admire and validate them in the gym: the guys who love to wear tank tops and feel the need to stare at their arms after finishing a set, the tough guys who think everyone is impressed with how much they can curl, the mirror-worshippers, the guys who feel the need to wear super-tight shirts, the guys who workout 5-6 days a week and spend an hour plus each time, deceiving themselves into thinking they are some sort of competitive body builders or will be at some point, the guys who equate the amount they can lift with the ability to win against someone who lifts less in a conflict- i.e. see lean Brazilian jiu jitsu practitioners to demonstrate this point. Some pointers in how to respond to such people: 1) Don't make eye contact after first noticing them: They crave admiration and validation. If you walk past them without looking at them, it will deprive them of the validation they need so badly. 2) Don't stare at them while they are working out: Similar to aforementioned point- if people show they could care less about how much they lift, it weakens their sense of constantly being admired by others. 3) When they walk past you to "size you up" when you are working out because of their own internal insecurity about you being as strong as them; look away, look down at the floor, stare at your phone to show them how little you care about their need to feel dominant over others. 4) If you see them using one machine, use another several feet away to give less audience to their ego-performance. 5) Give positive attention to elderly folks, people who are just starting, people who may not be able to lift much, people who are out of shape, but trying- it sends a message that you value decent people, not prideful, arrogant narcissists. 6) When they grunt or create otherwise unnecessary noise to show off as they lift, chuckle to yourself and walk away.

I love the gym's location, which is convenient and easily accessible. The atmosphere is truly judgment-free, making it comfortable to work on my fitness goals without feeling pressured or self-conscious. I’ve previously lost weight here, and although I still have a lot of work ahead, the supportive environment keeps me motivated to keep going and improve. It’s a great place to focus on personal progress at your own pace.

I start with the good. What i love the most is that they have showers and massage chairs and beds. I like the equipment but they lack workout circuits. They don't even have them on you tube! Not crazy about that. I was screwed over when I signed up and no matter what i did or who i called they did not care. They NEVER fixed it and NEVER even made me any offers to try and fix it. I still use the gym and ALL of the other people are nice here. It turns out the manager that signed me up got fired for something?... No it wasn't because of me, but I can't say that I'm surprised. I can give there customer service 50/50. However the main office still never did anything to fix the problem. So I can not give them 5 stars.
