- HLHunter LukasSep 8, 20251.0If I could leave 0 I would. 4 times in a row over the last couple of months my prescriptions have not been filled correctly. I was shown on Friday by my doctor that my prescription is being sent over correctly, but every time I go to pick it up at Kinneys, I am never given what was sent over. I was told by one person it is an insurance issue, another person said it was a glitch in the system. I was told just now that the needles I need are in the system as my prescribed needle and they have it on hand but I couldn’t receive them until a new script was requested????? I have not received syringes 3 times in a row and am being told I have no refills for them? How when my script was sent over on Friday and it is now Monday. Everything else is there (except my one set of correct needles) and syringes. And Im not the only one who has this issue. I will be switching to a different pharmacy because I can not play these run around games with my life saving prescriptions anymore.
