  Needed to get my frames fixed and adjusted and they took care of me in no time. Very friendly staff, great atmosphere, overall 5/5 stars would definitely come back for future needs

  I have been a patient and a very satisfied customer of Pearle Vision in Brewster, NY for many years. If you asked me why I’m so satisfied, my number one reason would be their team approach. Whether you’re interacting with Joanna, Candace, Emily or Eleanor you know you’re in good hands. Each of these staff members know me personally. The communication between these professionals is second to none. I was very pleased with my first appointment with Dr, Spiegel. The eye examination she performed was very thorough. She is very intuitive. At times during the examination, she could almost predict which of two lens choices would give me the clearer vision. It’s nice to interact with people who like what they’re doing. At Pearle Vision, the staff like what they’re doing, and it shows.

  Husband and I walked in for repair on glasses he'd purchased there some time back. We were treated like we were imposing on their time. Rude. Cold. Heavy sigh.. Then, when we got home, we found that the (very rude and abrupt) technician had put the crucial screw in upside down, so it worked itself free in a matter of an hour, and the lens hit the floor. If professional, courteous and friendly people are important to you, do NOT go to this Pearle Vision. If having a repair done skillfully is important to you, do NOT go to this Pearle Vision. If, however, you enjoy feeling like something someone scraped off the bottom of their shoe, this is your spot.

  I had a bad experience at a competing national chain and decided to not give them another shot at fixing my poorly made Workspace glasses because the representative was unnecessarily very rude to me. I decided to go locally to Pearle Vision Center in Brewster. I was serviced by the manager Joanna T., who was very polite and professionally thorough, even though I already brought my own frames and prescription and only needed lenses. It was like night and day. Not only was I treated with courtesy, but the glasses came out perfectly. Joanna was excellent in every way. I am so happy now. Not only did I have a great customer experience, she did everything right to assure that my new glasses were 100%. Now my wife is switching to the Brewster location, too. They also accepted VSP insurance. It was a wonderful experience and Joanna deserves 5 stars all the way.
