I come in with a small workout bag with wrist straps and other small things I use to help with my workout that planet fitness does not provide. I keep it out of the way and never block any area that could lead to someone tripping on it. They told me that I have to now keep my bag in the locker room and that this rule has been in effect since the gym opened but hasn’t been enforced until recently. I have no issue with the staff they are just doing what corporate is telling them to do. But as of now I’ll be canceling my membership. For a place that claims to be a judgement free zone I feel like I’m being judged for trying to bring some of my own stuff that helps me with my workout. Some wrist traps, knee supports, etc. just a warning for people looking to join.
