- AAAllyFeb 8, 20231.0If I could leave zero stars I would do so. My daughter who is in college and does not have a lot of money went in there today for an eye exam which is covered by our insurance. The exam should have cost her $0. Her copay for glasses was $40 and her copay for lenses was $25. They not only did a glasses exam they did a contact exam without even telling her. They then up charged her glasses with all sorts of extras. They did not give her an itemized receipt and asked her for her credit card. They charged her card $314 without even giving her an itemized bill or telling her what she was paying for. I called and the manager never called me back so I went in person. When I questioned them and ask them for an itemized receipt they immediately said, "we'll just give you a refund in full". Go elsewhere! Buyer beware!
