  I had an extremely upsetting experience at this office after Dr. Pardo refused to see me after a mistake made by front desk staff. I checked in at the front desk, and was told to have a seat because the doctor would be with me shortly. There was only one other patient in the waiting room, and she was called back quickly. After waiting about 25 minutes, I went back to the front desk to ask if I would be called soon, as my mom was waiting in the car, caring for my 4 year old and 3 month old. At that point, another receptionist informed me that the first staff member, mistakenly, never checked me in The staff said they needed to speak to Dr Pardo, who then refused to see me, stating that it “wasn’t her fault I wasn’t checked in.” There was even an open appointment slot a few minutes later, and she still refused to move me into it. I spoke with the office manager, who told me there was nothing she could do. I ended up leaving nearly an hour later, almost in tears, after making arrangements for childcare and showing up on time—only to be turned away due to a staff error that I had no control over. The lack of accountability, compassion, and basic patient care was shocking. I will not be returning and would not recommend this office to anyone

  Dr Bakshi is a very caring and compassionate physician he always explains very carefully to me about my health

  While I absolutely love my doctor, Dr. Bakshi, I absolutely think that being on hold to speak with someone for 23 minutes is inexcusable!!

  Dr. O’ Sullivan is great at what she does and was very helpful throughout the whole pregnancy process as well as delivering the baby :).

  Dr Nayyar is a compassionate dr whi cares about his patients He goes beyond to get you healthy and get to the root of the problem our family been with hin since 2018 could not ask for a better doctor number one to us John & Susan Guglielmo ❤️
