  Called to get physical form for my kid. Hannah E F. picked up the phone with the most pleasant and polite voice helped me by faxing one copy to school and l one to me in 5 minutes. 🤜🤛 let’s go Hannah! I was very happy with her professionalism and customer service. Keep up the good work. There is always someone is paying attention!

  Wife was in emergency room. In pain. Stressed and scared. As well as me. Not in there 10 minutes. Im being asked if I'd like to pay the deductible now. You see I have insurance. Very unprofessional when people are scared and in pain. Very put off by this . It wasn't the time or the place. Shows me what the priority is. We submitted this with the review letter we got. We didn't recieve a response. So I'll leave another review online.

  Was there on a Friday around noon and they had very unprofessional and immature acting Phlebotomists working. I have a difficult time with high anxiety and having someone need to check with someone else twice on what blood work to do when it's right in front of her face on a computer screen and talking in mumble language telling me "oh I experienced I been here a month" just made my anxieties getting this important lab work much more difficult in the future. After asking the 2nd time I got this anxiety feeling she didn't really know what she was doing and left. Get rid of your high school acting hires!

  Got to lab before 3:30. They must have been closing at 3:30 but it was a few minutes before. Noticed asign they were closed but saw people inside. Went in to ask. Stood in line a couple minutes. Lady came out and said nastily they were closed. Leaves a bad impression.

  The only bad thing I have experienced is a long wait time. The staff are polite and skilled. The receptionist and registration folks are very kind. Always better to pre-register for time saving.
