- SJsueann johnson5 days ago3.0I would have given this office five stars, however, the receptionist that interacted with me first thing in the morning was not so pleasant. I came in with UTI symptoms not overall feeling well, and she was adamant that she needed To take a picture of me for my chart. I kindly said not today, I’m not feeling well and her response was “well sorry, I need to do it.” She also spoke extremely loud when she repeated my personal information, knowing there were three other patients in the waiting room. I then asked her if I can have A sterile specimen cup because I had a sudden urge to use the bathroom and it was doubtful that I would be able to produce another sample when called in the exam room. She huffed under her breath like it was a struggle for her.
