So far I'm pleased with the care I've received. I am very impressed with Dr. Federowicz. She is thorough and caring and very supportive. I'm not pleased with the with the number of oncologists who have come and gone in the past year. I believe administration needs to get a handle on hiring!

Major problem at this hospital is employees going through people's belongings and stealing money. On the night of December 15-16, 2025, $26 was stolen out of my wallet while I was sleeping under medication and clothing was moved. This is second time money has been stolen from me in this hospital and when reported nothing is done by security or administrative staff. Luckily $26 was only money I had in my wallet. I recommend go to another hospital and never take money to a hospital. Robert Cardew

It’s deeply upsetting to see how a lack of communication and transparency can impact a patient’s life. A close friend’s mother placed her full trust in the Guthrie Breast Care Clinic, believing she was receiving the best possible care. Unfortunately, important information about how rare and serious her cancer was was never clearly explained. Had she been properly informed, she likely would have sought specialized treatment elsewhere and could have had more time.
By the time she received a second opinion, the cancer had already spread. Even through all of this, she remained hopeful and fought with incredible courage until the very end.
Every patient deserves honesty, clarity, and a complete understanding of their diagnosis. The lack of proper communication and follow-up in this case was heartbreaking. I hope this encourages greater compassion, accountability, and transparency within the medical community so that no other family has to experience such a loss.

Just had my yearly exam yesterday, and as always- it was a great experience. The front admin team is friendly and efficient. The radiology techs that perform the ultrasound and mammogram are wonderful; they explain everything as you go so that you know what's going on. And, Melissa Marsh (NP) is top notch. She is kind, caring, and takes time to listen to you. She makes me feel like I'm her only patient that day. What I especially love as someone who is at high risk and has had "suspicious" findings in the past, is that she immediately lets me know the "imaging looks good" as soon as she walks through the door so that the stress level instantly drops. Then she takes her time asking questions, answering questions and getting a good understanding of my current health. I highly recommend this office for your breast care needs.
