I actually really like my care here. My only complaint is that reminder calls are extremely inconsistent. I am a disorganized thinker, which is one of the reasons I am seeking mental health care, so it's really needed for me. They'll keep up with them for a while, so I think I can rely on it to remind me prior to the date, and then they'll just stop doing them again.
This compiled with the fact that they'll drop you as a client all together if you miss appointments, is worrisome to me.
I do fully understand that it is my responsibility to know my appointment date and time, but those calls really help me.
I'm hiding my real name to maintain my privacy but I promise this is a real review from my real experiences with therapy and medication management at this clinic. To be clear, I saw all the terrible reviews before coming here. It wasn't my first (or even second or third) choice but I was desperate for a place that took my insurance. I'll start with the worst thing because that's the most concerning imo.
THE WORST. I won't name them but after waiting months to finally see a psychiatrist, the doctor was completely dismissive towards me. They kept questioning why I thought I was depressed (Like, what??? Didn't I just have three intakes and several therapy appointments???). They also wanted to prescribe me crap I didn't want to take, specifically sleeping pills and anxiety medication, even though I was already on two anti-depressants! When I refused the extra drugs, they said they didn't know how else to help me?! (I'm sorry but... isn't that your job?!) They are the reason I ultimately left this clinic altogether.
THE BAD. Intake was three (yes, three!) 45-mins appointments. I can live with that, but what I didn't like was they couldn't provide me with a dedicated weekly time slot. This meant after every appointment, I had to schedule my next appointment, which was sometimes as far as 2 weeks out. This made it really difficult to build a sense of routine and normalcy.
THE GOOD. The reception staff was always nice and helpful. I liked my therapist well enough to see her for a year. Unfortunately those are about the only good things about this clinic.

Visited the Endicott office for my child. Therapist was condescending and judgemental the entire time, and acted like they had CPS on speed dial just waiting for the wrong answer to come out of one of our mouths.
We were referred there by an inpatient hospital that had done a thorough job and actual psychiatrists made diagnoses. The social worker said she needed to make her own and then said it would take 3 intake appointments before they decided if they would continue services with no med management options in the interim. Also kept jamming the attendance policy down our throats like they were already looking for a reason to discharge us.
No support. We switched to a different provider.
They have your child go in for 35 mins twice a month and act as they know everything about them. They don't take into account that alot of these kids go there BECAUSE they have mental issues and therapists take everything said as truth with NO soild evidence or read more into what's being said. They barely speak to the parents so we have no idea what's going on.
My son has been going for months and STILL no updates as to what's happening, no treatment plan/ no meds NADDA. No change to his issue's at all if anything its worse, paperwork was supposed to be sent 2 months ago nothing received or any help other then see you next time. Only thing they seem to be quick about is kicking you out as a patient if you miss a appt or making phone calls.
Gonna look for a better therapist.
Update: Upon a visit with my sons medical doctor today, my son informed us he was told to stop taking his meds by his therapist because "it doesn't help" which explains quite a bit as to his current mental state. I was NEVER told and my son was instructed to not needing to repeat what's said in the office because of the "confidentiality" I'm totally disgusted..and I will not bother to call there and complain because if you read other reviews this place isn't high on ppls list and won't change anytime soon.

Counselors are outstanding. I have been going here for about 3 years now. Only bad thing is the secretaries suck with relaying information to your doctor. Very Very irritating.
