- JCJohn CaceresApr 1, 20241.0As a new Binghamton resident, I would not recommend treatment for an adult. Moving to a new place can be overwhelming yet alone finding a reliable insurance plan. As a New York City resident Binghamton has been an awful experience from run down buildings to terrible customer service in most hospitals. After an hour of searching for doctors accepting new patients I was told by Lourdes oral care that they aren’t accepting any new adult patients. With no explanation or updates information on their website they immediately did not give me the chance to be seen. Neither did they recommend a date or doctor for their inconvenience.
