  Great doctors. Quite possibly the rudest office staff in the entire southern tier. I will no longer use this practice because of this. I would urge the management to read these reviews and act. There is no excuse for this to continue.

  I called this place about a week ago to make an appointment before I had found out I had pink eye because I didn't know what was wrong. I just called again to make an appointment after the hospital had told me to not go to that appointment due to me having a very contagious pink eye. Because I did not call, because I could not see at all, I now cannot make any appointments and I am barred from becoming a patient at this place. How does that make any sense? How is that even allowed to be called protocol? The woman on the phone was like yep sorry she did not care that I needed to have an eye exam to make sure that I have not lost Vision in my eye. Nor clearly did she care that I couldn't see to be able to make a phone call. I do not recommend this place, as I was literally about to become a patient and now I am barred from being so. If I could give them a 0 * I would!

  I saw Dr Laura Goldberg for an emergency appt. I have to say the entire staff was fantastic. They were friendly, patient and kind. I highly recommend not only Dr Goldberg but this practice in general.

  I accompanied a good family friend to her appointment recently. It's actually sad because she had a great experience with the doctor and the other medical staff. The issue was with the secretary. She was disrespectful and inefficient. It's unfortunate an otherwise great experience was so diluted by a poor team player. This goes to show how strategic even the most expendable member of your staff can be. Thumbs down.
