- JWJennifer WarnerApr 9, 20241.0This is the 2nd time I have showed up and after standung at the front desk for over 10 minutes, the receptionist finally showed up and told me that it was to late for my appointment. She would have to reschedule me???? Why? I was standing at the check in window, obviously bc i was the last patient of the day, they made me stand there just long enough to make it look like i arrived super late. Absolutely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. My glasses are held together by tape they fall off my face and they're over 8 years old yet I've come here twice trying to get a new pair that I can't even get an eye exam I don't get a reminder or text message call to remind me or confirm my appointment they send it to me 2 hours prior to my appointment instead of the day of or even the morning of 2 hours before my appointment I get a reminder text t hat's not right at all somebody in there obviously is just messing with me and I think that person should be suspended or something should happen to them because I deserve to see just as much as everybody else,
