  These people are unbelievable! My daughter was hit by a car and referred for follow up. 2 broken legs, broken arm and tore all her ligaments. she is in two straight leg braces and we were trying to get down the stairs and it was taking a while so we tried to call to say we would be a couple minutes late but they didn’t answer when we got there. It was about six or seven minutes late and they refuse to see us. My daughter was crying and begging to be seen and she is out of medication. And they sent her away and then they called the police and tried to have me arrested for getting emotional. Their security guard is an instigator who only escalated the situation. I wouldn’t want these people taking care of my daughter anyway. Hindsight is 2020. Maybe it’s a good thing they didn’t see her.

  I took my teenage daughter here this past week after she injured her knee. The wait wasn't bad at all. We saw Erin and she was wonderful. She took the time to answer all questions and addressed concerns. We felt confident with her diagnosis. The RN and Radiologist were equally as great.

  I would put zero if it would allow. Sent to this walk in clinic from the Centerway clinic because it was about my foot. Check in at front desk go back to the waiting area, which is the farthest from the front door (makes perfect sense right). Wait to get called for approximately 15 minutes. When they do call my name the person informs me that because I have already been to an urgent care for the same issue (went over a week ago they took X-rays, said nothing appeared broken and to use crutches and take Tylenol and ibuprofen for the pain) that the attending physicians won’t see me and to make an appointment instead. First appointment available is with a PA next Tuesday. That will make almost 3 weeks since injury!!! Walk in clinic really!!!

  Very concerning that people have to travel to get to this office and for some reason they never answer their phone, and when you call it's a terrible wait and the person on the other line says the office won't answer their phones, that's very concerning when there are patients that go here and they can't be bothered to have a direct line to talk to them and then when you call the operator can't even get a hold of them, patients should be able to easily contact the office and speak to someone, whether it's for an appointment or a concern about their care
