  Hands down one of the worst experiences ever. Literally chastised by a woman for knocking after I was instructed by another staff member to knock for entry. The bedside manner of this facility is beyond reprehensible and based upon the other reviews I am reading here, I am not the first. This facility needs to be under review & under new management. Will never return.

  I had a very upsetting experience during my visit. The phlebotomist, Krysten, was extremely rude and condescending. All of her responses to me were extremely sarcastic and mean. I felt so uncomfortable that I left without completing my bloodwork. I reported the incident and spoke with a supervisor, Nancy. She vouched for Krysten, but I will never be returning to a Quest lab again. This experience was unacceptable. Patients deserve respect

  Went to the Bethpage location. When I arrived, I was assisted by a Quest employee who helped me login. Also, the phlebotomist was so gentle, I did not even feel the needle stick me. It was a good experience. Wonderful staff.

  The girl that took my blood was moving the needle around so much. I left in so much pain. When I got home the injection site looked like a golf ball was under my skin. Now 4 days later my arm still hurts and its bruised all around even the back of my arm. I never had such a thing happen. And definitely not been in so much pain ever. I understand it was the technician I had but when my husband went he also said it was very painful
