  I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Iwona Rawinis. She is one of the best sleep doctors I have ever met. She is extremely pleasant, kind, and genuinely attentive. She takes the time to truly understand your concerns and works hard to provide the best possible treatment using all available resources. I highly recommend Dr. Rawinis to anyone looking for expert care and a physician who truly listens and cares about her patients’ well-being.

  Choosing this provider and placing my trust in their staff has proven to be a serious mistake and possibly one of the worst mistakes of my life. Due to a combination of errors and lack of coordination between the provider’s employees and my insurance company, I am now facing significant and potentially life-altering medical debt. I have been in ongoing communication with both parties for several months, yet the situation has continued to deteriorate rather than improve. At no point during my numerous visits was I informed that my care would be processed as out-of-network. As a result, I am now responsible for substantial charges that could have been avoided with proper disclosure and transparency. I have spent months attempting to resolve this matter with my insurance company, with little progress. I strongly caution others to confirm that all services are provided by in-network physicians before proceeding with care.
