I came to this facility seeking help for a sleep-related problem. It took some time to secure an appointment, and when the day finally arrived, I met with Dr. Gordon, who was friendly and pleasant. However, the visit lasted approximately ten minutes and consisted mainly of casual conversation, including light jokes and a brief discussion about politics. There was no evaluation, no diagnostic testing, no treatment plan, and no follow-up provided related to my sleep concerns.
At the end of the visit, I was told that someone would contact me. I later received a call to schedule a second appointment. To my surprise, I was billed $1,155 for this brief visit, which amounted to a blood pressure check and conversation, without any medical assessment or actionable care. The proposed solution was simply to return for another visit—presumably for another $1,155—again without any guarantee of diagnosis or treatment.
This experience has not helped my sleep problem in any way. Instead, it has caused significant financial stress, especially during the holiday season. It takes me several months of working two jobs to save $800–$1,000, and being charged $1,155 for a ten-minute visit with no medical benefit feels unreasonable and exploitative.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care, transparency, and value provided. This experience felt like a complete rip-off and has left me frustrated, discouraged, and financially burdened.
