  I wish there was a “0 star” review. I scheduled this appointment because I’ve been looking for a provider who specializes in menopause and hormone replacement therapy. This was supposed to be my first visit with this practice, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and it will be my last time. Check-in was smooth, but once I was brought into the exam room, I was asked to fully undress and put on a gown. I explained that my Pap smear was normal last year and that routine screening is every 3–5 years. Despite that, I was told the perform Paps annually. The exam room was freezing — easily around 50°F — and I was left sitting in a thin gown for over 30 minutes with no communication whatsoever. No one checked on me, gave an update, apologized for delays, or even acknowledged how cold the room was. As someone who has worked in healthcare for 27 years, I can confidently say that leaving a patient undressed in a freezing room with zero updates is unacceptable and not aligned with basic standards of care. This was an uncomfortable, anxiety-provoking situation for what should have been a supportive and informative visit about menopause treatment options. After being left in those conditions with no explanation, I had no choice but to get dressed and leave. Patients deserve communication, respect, and a reasonable level of comfort — especially during intimate or vulnerable exams. I hope this practice takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates how they treat patients during delays

  The employment of a doctor who is against women’s rights is laughable. Who in their right mind would want an OBGYN that doesn’t believe women have rights to their own body.

  I love Dr. Bashian. If only I can get someone to answer my call so I can book an appointment with her. Last month I was having a miscarriage and I panicked because I didn’t kNow what to do. I called over and over for an hour until I got tired of waiting. I had to drive myself over there to at least speak with someone who cared. Spoke to a very kind nurse because Bashian wasn’t in. Well I’m pregnant again and would like to book an appointment right. Ow, but of course nobody’s answering. Can I just tell you that when I walked in the last time, nobody was on the phone????? I’m writing this to add with the rest of the complaints. Maybe They can start answering the PHONE!

  Dr. Frenkel’s system is tremendously bad. My wife has had a horrible experience here with poor urgency and poor care. We recently miscarried for the first time and at no point did she attempt to make time for wife. She saw her ZERO times. They send RNs to do the doctors job because shes never in. Find another location with doctors who care, at least a little bit.

  dr. phillips is the best. im an extremely nervous person, but hes very professional, and will make sure youre comfortable and will take his time to assess your needs and concerns.
