Good doctors and hygienists but typical wait time is 30 minutes. Very concerned with money asking for payment upfront and always trying to sell you more services.

Excellent experience - have been here twice so far for a cleaning and for fillings. Dr. Ma did an awesome job on the two interproximal fillings and was compassionate as well, which really made me feel more comfortable! Everyone, from the hygienists to the support staff, was equally friendly. Glad to have found Beacon Dental!

Beware of this place. Was told I needed specific dental work but needed to place a deposit to schedule the needed appointments. Specifically sketchy considering they had an abundance of available appointments including slots for later in the week. When I tried to cancel a prospective appointment that would require a deposit I was met with a hard time from the front desk which I needed to assertively say I needed to cancel at least 5 times. This was also all my first time here as a patient. I would advise against this place, overall something just felt really off.

I had a horrible experience at Beacon Dental. I’m a 51 year old woman I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 32. Thankfully I can say I am in remission but the chemotherapy and radiation take a toll on you for years after. One of the problems I had was my teeth were deteriorating from my treatments. I needed all my teeth pulled and implant supported dentures I had gone to numerous dentists and it was going to cost me between $40,000-$60,000 to have it done which I couldn’t afford. Then I heard about Dr. Wang at Beacon Dental so after a consult with her she said she could do it and my health insurance would cover it and the entire process would take a year. So the first visit was absolutely traumatic although she gave me novicaine it did not numb me at all. The pain was so severe I was crawling out of my chair crying. I went home in horrible pain that night and woke up looking like someone had beat my face with a bat. My entire face was extremely swollen and deformed, my eyes were black and blue and I was in so much pain. My family could believe how bad I looked. Needless to say Dr. Wang said it was normal and I had no choice but to continue with the visits if I wanted to finish my teeth. Each visit was more traumatic then the next. Dr. Wang was very rough definitely not a soft hand and very little compassion for what I was going through. Her try colors came out when I showed up for a fitting on the bottom denture. The denture didn’t fit correctly and I couldn’t wear it until she fixed it. That day the first thing she said was insurance is done paying so no more fittings unless you pay out of pocket and u need to sign up to get the implants cleaned at her office it was $800 she wanted me to pay out of pocket to have them cleaned and I explained to her insurance paid for me to have implant supported dentures that fit and I can wear and she told me my dentures were fine which they weren’t. I made another appointment to have her fix the denture so I could wear it and when I got there Dr. Wang refused to see me and they told me I was there for a cleaning and I told them no and they kept insisting so I left having nothing done. I tried again 2 weeks later and the same thing occurred. So it’s been over a year and I have never worn my bottom denture. I just recently found a dentist to make a bottom denture that fits and to complete the work Dr. wang started. Beacon Dental is all about money. They charged my sisters credit card for a procedure that she didn’t even have done yet. They over charged a friend of mine by a ridiculous amount and once insurance paid for my teeth and she wouldn’t be getting money she refused to finish the job. They still call me a lot trying to get me to go in for a $800 implant cleaning. They are horrible money hungry people. The have no remorse or compassion and I can guarantee you there novicaine is watered down because if did not work! Totally traumatic experience stay far away from them!
