  I made an appointment for my 80 year old mother and we arrived earlier then expected. It's hard to go there right on time, since my mother has dementia and very unpredictable. There was no one else in the waiting area when we arrived, while several walk-ins arrivd. Instead of taking my mother in early, the walk-in's were taken first. We had to wait for almost 50 minutes watching those without an appointment being attended first. When I inquired about this, I was told to wait. Not right and not happy. I gave 3 stars coz the technician was very nice and skillful.

  I usually have a very hard time with blood draws because my veins are difficult to find, and it’s often a stressful experience for me. But Carla was amazing. She found the vein right away and made the whole process quick and painless. She was also very gentle and reassuring, which made a big difference. I truly appreciate her skill and kindness. Thank you, Carla!

  Went in without an appointment. Big mistake. There was a twenty minute gap in appointments, on the TV screen and instead of slotting me in, the Asian female worker moved the next appointment up twenty minutes. I was already sitting for two and a half hours. I ended up complaining and was immediately brought in by Carla.
