  This is my second time coming to this bayside lab and the first time was great. This time not so good. I have make an appointment at 10am. I show up 15min before my appointment & yet they let the people who walk in first to get their blood draw before me. What's the point of making an appointment if you are not going to honor the appointment? It's like if you have make a reservation at a restaurant. You show up on time & you don't get a table & still have to wait for everyone else who walk in before you? It should not be first come first serve if you have an appointment. The whole appointment thing is useless if that's the case. I end up leaving and I will give this place another try but I sure will let the nurse know how I feel about it. Also some nurse don't look happy when you ask them questions. It's all about customer service. Some are good but some can be a little more friendlier.

  I was mind blown at the service here. I've been to labcorp, quest diagnostics before so i was mentally prepared to wait for HOURS. However i was surprised at how fast the service was. The ladies had excellent customer service. And the Spanish lady that drew my blood was super nice. I am what they call a "hard stick." So my past experiences with blood draws were a bit traumatizing due to the fact that i get poked several times. With the lady that drew my blood she got it in one attempt and no need to draw blood from my hand. My experience here was pleasurable. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

  Melissa & Jenifer are amazing as I’m sure all the phlebotomists are. I’ve only had these two techs so far I love this lab. The techs are quick , gentle and very sweet as well as professional. I give this lab 10 stars !! <3

  Very friendly staff. Came with my two year old and they were able to draw blood for testing very quickly and easily, and were very sweet with her.
