The annoying thing is the cost and their return policy is ridiculous. Only 10% of the original price and they take a restocking fee. Basically speaking they are not returnable. Don’t know what happened to our brains the date we signed on the dotted line.

Did not rush us at all, explained the features of all the available hearing aids, went over costs and warranty, and we could zero in on what the most beneficial choice would be. We were even able to use a sample and hear the benefits.
