  I visited Dr. Leven in October/November and was told the office would contact me once my MRI was approved and ready to schedule. After two weeks with no update, I called and left a message — no response. The only time I heard from the office was when they called to confirm an appointment, and I explained that I still hadn’t received any information about my MRI approval, so there was no reason to keep the appointment. Since my last call in December, I still have not received any update. The follow‑through and communication have been extremely poor. I called again today and was told that my previous messages were never relayed to the authorization team, so now I have to wait even longer. At this point, it appears the office is not well‑organized or properly managed, based on my experience.

  Was in a bad spot with my wife who was in a lot of pain, the office worked her into the schedule on Black Friday and PA Nunziato (AJ) made my wife and I feel like he was the only patient in the office that day, took the time to give us a detailed diagnosis and helped plan treatment plan moving forward. Was well worth the hour drive! Front staff was excellent as well!

  Went here after my car accident in 2024, every follow up visit I complain about the same thing only to be told “that’s not what you said last time” when the doctor look at the previous notes guess what he read? The same chief of complaints! Today was the day I was treated the worst! The lack of communication is disheartening. My injuries were not properly treated. Needless to say I will not come back. Stay away if you can.
