  Won't let you see other doctors there when an emergency visit is needed. They say doctors dont like to share patients so I would have to wait 3 months before I can get in!

  They tell you to be there early, you show up early. And then you wait for an hour to be seen. I let the front desk know that I was not close to home , on my lunch break and really couldn't be waiting for over an hour to be seen. I'm sitting here seriously aggravated. They took another patient before me because she let them know she was on her lunch.

  Overall I was very pleased with the service I received when getting my endoscopy and colonoscopy done at this facility. Dr. Hinds was very nice and professional as well as the anesthesiologist and nurses who helped me. Nancy at the front desk is very loud, unprofessional, and annoying. Shelia was very nice as she was attending to me after the procedure but she had a cold (kept sniffling) and probably shouldn't have been working on patients that day.

  This department of gastroenterology of northwell is very bad and they’re very irresponsible 10 days ago I have done a colonoscopy and endoscopy and they haven’t call me to let me know the result, even worst the doctor Raluca Vrabie prescribed two antibiotics and she didn’t call me to let me know why the doctor prescribed antibiotics for me, Dr. Raluca Vrabie Don’t have good communication with her patients and this Department of gastroenterology is very bad and a lot of doctors from northwell are lazy and irresponsible, I won’t recommend Northwell gastroenterology in bay shore New York👎👎👎👎👎
