My dad is in here because he broke his hip the other day. He can't really talk so I was worried I might not get much information. I drove up from Philadelphia and the woman who was tending to him was very nice, answered my questions and gave me a clear idea of his condition and prognosis. I was impressed with the job she was doing.

I’m leaving this 5-star review for all the nurses and doctors who showed us the utmost care and support during our baby’s delivery and NICU stay. We met many medical professionals throughout the process and each one treated us with kindness, professionalism, and a very high level of care. My wife and I are truly grateful for everything they did for our family during such an important time. The only downside was the valet parking situation, which can be a bit frustrating and adds some friction to the experience. Some attendants were great with positive attitudes, while others were not as pleasant. One of them came up to me and demanded my keys. They said I could not park there and that I would get a ticket if i didn’t hand over my keys. I understand if there is a system in place, but don’t make the attendants create friction with patients/visitors especially when we have a baby in NICU and running on few hours of sleep. Why does the patient/visitor have to pay the price for your disorganization. If it were solely the parking situation I’d give 2-3 stars. Just a thought. A million thank’s to all the nurses though,
we were very impressed and very grateful for them!

I want to recognize Spencer Rambert, an ER nurse at Southside Hospital, for the exceptional care he provided during my emergency room visit on March 10, 2026.
Spencer showed outstanding professionalism, compassion, and respect from the moment he began caring for me. He took the time to thoroughly check all of my injuries and made sure I felt heard and cared for throughout my visit. His bedside manner was truly exceptional, and he treated me with kindness and patience during a stressful time.
He also ensured that my tests and results were handled in a timely manner and kept me informed along the way. What stood out the most was that he genuinely cared and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and properly evaluated.
Nurses like Spencer make a huge difference in the patient experience. I am very grateful for the care he provided and believe he deserves recognition for the dedication and compassion he shows to his patients.

care was fast, nurses were nice. but i went in for chest pains, trouble breathing, and elevated heart rate. i was given some medication for heartburn. the next day i went elsewhere for a second opinion and was diagnosed with a blood clot in my lungs. i could have died if i didn’t get a second opinion. i felt very brushed off.

Please don’t go here. As a nurse I would not come here again and if you’re not medically inclined must be even scarier . My nurse made a big deal of having to blood transfuse me at 6 am , telling my business outloud. My hemoglobin was 6.2 . The resident cancelled my transfusion and if it wasn’t for me telling her again and getting firm is when they decided to go with the transfusion. The nurse didn’t stay 15 mins with me . Her orientee almost hang the wrong bag of fluids . He also opened my iv piggy bag all the way and it caused me nausea and dizziness. My ultra sound was due at 8 pm she rushed me in a wheelchair at 4am only to wait in the cold hallway, no blanket offered. For my mom she came in with a bp of 210/107 the dr is like we don’t treat hypertension in the ER. My sis gave my mom her meds from home went down to 180 something that’s after hours they finally decided to check her bp , never gave her bp meds, then they gave her IV fluids . Two nights before she had chest pain, shortness of breath, pain on her back and stiff neck , the lady was in agony , all the ppl in the waiting room offering their spot for her to go ahead of them . Staff asked her for her wheel chair it wasn’t until I arrived and started pointing out it looked like a medical emergency that decided to take her in the back. My mom could barely walk and said she couldn’t get a wheel chair because she’d have to go to the back. Nurses don’t introduce themselves, don’t assses pts unless you asked them to. Just don’t come here please.
