  This review relates to the phone system and/or office, in hopes that someone will look into the problem. This is the third time I've called in recent days: I have an appointment tomorrow that I needed to reschedule; but I haven't been able to do so because every time I call (and "press 1 to make, change, or reschedule an appointment"), the phone rings and rings with no answer. I've tried to provide sufficient notice but cannot do so, as no one answers the phone. Very frustrating!!!

  This has to be the worst office in the northwell health family ,after my sleep study it took over 2 months to get an appointment, that ended up being rescheduled 2 times. Then in February a morning snow that ended by 8am with almost no accumulation caused them to close their office ..problem is the never bothered to tell their patients ,I left work early showed up for my appointment, no one there now it's april 22 and they haven't called to reschedule my appointment yet.I just spoke to medical supply to turn in cpap machine that I can't get support for ,so disappointed
